Chief Operating Officer

Lloyd Rattansingh holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Manage Transit Corp, where he oversees drivers, matrons, dispatchers, and mechanics. Daily, Lloyd ensures that records of every 19-A Certified driver are kept up to date. Despite initially being unfamiliar with the special needs community due to his West Indian background, Lloyd is now committed to servicing this specific population with pride.

Charles Curcio, who originally hired Lloyd, introduced him to the challenges involved in transporting people with disabilities and special needs. With Charles’ guidance, Lloyd has become an expert in catering to the needs of the diverse populations who avail themselves of the company’s services. His exceptional multitasking and communication abilities have made him a trusted dispatcher, handling over 200 runs and overseeing the attendance of 450 drivers and matrons.

Furthermore, Lloyd holds a commercial driver’s license that allows him to operate oversized vehicles while also serving as a 19-A Certified Examiner, assuring increased company productivity.

Lloyd’s professional experiences extend far beyond his current role. He is an Article 19-A Certified Examiner, an NSC Defensive Driving Course Instructor, and is extensively trained in Access-A-Ride programs, including vehicle orientation, accident and emergency response, first aid, sensitivity training, Transit Authority Regulations, and management techniques for passenger assistance. Additionally, Lloyd has undergone comprehensive training in the U.S. Department of Transportation STT Collection, Part 40 Subpart C, D, E, and Subpart I, DOT safety regulations 49 CFR Part 40, and substance abuse seminars for DOT Part 40.
